Jenifer joined the Business Roundtable in January 2019 as an Executive Assistant in the Executive Offices.
She came to Business Roundtable from the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group here in Washington, where she managed the Executive Office for the EVP of North America. Prior to that she worked for The Minneapolis Foundation, in her native state of Minnesota, where she managed the President’s Office, and served as the liaison to the Board.
Jenifer spent her early career in the Bay Area working in Human Resources at the headquarters for both Providian Financial and Dreyers Grand Ice Cream Inc. She specialized in recruiting, research, and succession planning management. She also held the position of District Manager at Junior Achievement of the Bay Area. She resides in Washington, DC.
