Molly E. Connor is Vice President of Communications at Business Roundtable. In her role, she leads the planning, development, and implementation of strategic communications efforts to drive the organization’s agenda on behalf of CEOs of America’s leading companies. Connor’s portfolio includes policy communications, CEO campaigns, advertising, press events, and media partnerships, as well as managing the organization’s public affairs budget.
Prior to joining Business Roundtable, Connor served as Director of Press Operations for House Speaker Paul Ryan. She managed Ryan’s press events in Washington, D.C., and throughout the country, served as Ryan’s press liaison to foreign governments and embassies, and oversaw media logistics for major events in the U.S. Capitol. Previously, Connor worked for the House Ways and Means Committee, House Majority Leader Eric Cantor, and the Romney for President campaign in 2012.
Connor received a B.A. in political science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and lives in Washington, D.C., with her husband.
