Erin White is Senior Director, Corporate Initiatives for the Business Roundtable. In this role, she partners with BRT members to develop, implement, and manage projects that advance the interests of both business and community. She has a special focus on education and workforce collaboratives.

Prior to BRT, Ms. White led Lockheed Martin’s STEM-related philanthropy, building partnerships with nonprofits and education institutions to improve education and employment outcomes for youth through adult learners. She gained expertise in these issues by leading research at STEMconnector, a professional services firm, where she delivered actionable insights on the STEM talent gap. Her research has been used by corporate employers, educators, and policy leaders to further the shared goal of a diverse, sustainable STEM workforce.

Ms. White developed expertise in cross-sector collaboration while leading projects at FSG, a mission-driven consultancy. In this role, she worked alongside communities to plan, implement, and evaluate their collective impact initiatives in education, health, and community development. Ms. White's first role in public service was Senior Advisor to the Secretary at the U.S. Department of Agriculture, where she led the Faith-Based and Community Initiative. She developed policy to expand and enhance partnerships with nonprofit organizations across food assistance and rural development programs.

Ms. White has authored numerous research pieces on education, workforce development, economic mobility, and community collaboration. She received her B.A. in Government from Harvard University and her M.Sc. in Public Policy and Administration from The London School of Economics. A native Floridian, Ms. White resides in Arlington, Virginia with her family.
