Washington - Business Roundtable today announced that after nine years with the organization, Jessica Boulanger, Executive Vice President, Public Affairs, will step down from her role effective September 30, 2021 to pursue other opportunities.
“I am honored to have worked alongside America’s leading CEOs for the last near-decade,” said Boulanger. “From the enactment of once-in-a-generation tax reform to redefining the Purpose of a Corporation to serve the long-term interests of all stakeholders, I am proud of our team’s many accomplishments and the work we’ve done to promote economic growth, equity and opportunity for all Americans.”
“Jessica is a creative and talented professional who contributed tremendously to the Roundtable and will be deeply missed by the CEOs and staff,” said Business Roundtable President & CEO Joshua Bolten. “A former Capitol Hill press secretary, Jessica brought a deft understanding of the media and of policy issues, along with expertise in leading-edge advocacy strategies, while operating with kindness, collegiality and humor. Jessica helped guide Business Roundtable and our members through successful policy advocacy, including passage of Trade Promotion Authority, the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act and the U.S.-Mexico-Canada Trade Agreement, to name a few. She’s a bold thinker who imagined new ideas and initiatives that told the story of business and our agenda in a compelling way, like the 2018 CEO Innovation Summit and the recent launch of ‘BRT TV.’

I thank Jessica for her contributions, including recruiting, hiring and mentoring a highly talented and diverse team that will undoubtedly build on the great work that’s already been accomplished.”
