As CEO of Apple, Tim has overseen the development and introduction of some of the world’s most innovative products and services, from the revolutionary Apple Vision Pro, to an incredibly powerful lineup of iPhone, Mac, iPad, and Apple Watch—all made possible by breakthrough advances in Apple silicon—to the launch of services like Apple Pay and Apple TV+.
Tim has led with a deep commitment to advancing Apple’s values, from protecting users’ right to privacy, to creating Apple’s Racial Equity and Justice Initiative, to making accessibility a fundamental part of all Apple products. As part of Apple’s ambitious goal to be carbon neutral for every product by 2030, Apple also powers its global facilities with 100 percent renewable energy and is helping its entire supply chain do the same.

Tim earned a BS in industrial engineering from Auburn University and an MBA from Duke University, graduating as a Fuqua Scholar in 1988.
